  • Gardening, gold, guns

  • Why would there need to be a fascist takeover? They were on the stage at Trump's last reelection, proud billionaires, many of them, smiling and laughing and applauding.

And that's what they reveal in public, just imagine behind the scenes, money machine goes brrrrrrrr

"Fascist takeover" occurred some time before Citizens United (money=free speech, corporations are people), I'm not sure exactly when.

  • Okay allow me to rephrase to MILITARY POWER or MURDER POWER or whatever you wish with regards to death and destruction.

USA is pretty good, don't you think?

  • What exactly? Very many things, I could list hundreds. Last time I checked they were passing bills for him routinely, and voting for legislation that he wants.

I can't help but notice that you couldn't come up with anything off the top of your head immediately, kind of a weird question in my opinion.

  • No, I'm not even positive that was Maduro in photo. I'm just taking their claims for what they are worth.

  • Trump wouldn't have won either election if congress had a spine.

    (emoluments for example).

Congress was with him, even when they impeached him (and didn't actually convict).

Without congress, Trump wouldn't be possible. No functioning government would have him as President.

  • Someone tell me what the image is, I am afraid

  • It's nice to see this, the D and R routine gets tiresome.

They don't even fucking hide it, and it still works on many, many people. Too many

  • It's not an emergency, that's why.

It's business as usual in the USA. We've done this many times. It's like our thing.

  • For an imaginary powerhouse, they sure pulled off the special forces operation of my lifetime, no casualties and kidnapping a President and his wife so he doesn't get lonely.

That's a lot of resources to pull that off, satellites, AWACs, God knows what else. It's a flex.

  • And if you have a job "with tips", it's like two bucks and change minimum wage.

Every year, unions lose a little more. Was at 40% in our heyday (50s), now down to 10% (and most of those are feds and police).

If only we had some kind of labor party, that would be neat

  • I thought this was a joke headline.

they can't even call a vote now, they're busy counting their krugerands. good job senate, you are on the ball as usual.

  • So OP was born in 2026? How did they learn to type? I'm confused

  • Remember folks, Presidents aren't elected by popular vote, and every time you read this over the decades, it will be worthless posturing
