  • Cool, I'm also in a union but I'm near to being homeless and going hungry. Everyone who wants to save the world seems to ignore the people who are in need right in front of them.

    My suggestion for your peace of mind is to improve the lives directly in your community. Educating people is fine (when done face to face), but bringing water and basic medical supplies to protesters is going to help attrition.

    Go for the smaller victories over writing paragraphs that people skim over.
