Es gab sowieso davor schon kaum Firmen mehr die automatisch ab 8 Stunden 1 Minute Überstunden ausgezahlt haben, weil Zeitausgleich etc. In den fast acht Jahren seither gibt es hier keinen Trend dass die Leute länger arbeiten würden als vorher. Sondern eher flexibler.

What helps to build a followership on Mastodon is to regularly interact with people who post about similar things to your interests and who already have a big following.
