  • That's the rule for astronomy. If it happens once, it always happens; we just haven't seen it yet

  • You're using the term faith differently than everybody else.

  • Almost 50% of energy is lost in transmission. Keeping renewable energy closer is good.

How do you think power/energy is sent to your home?

  • Are you okay?

  • I guess you're doing it wrong then? Stop parroting memes

  • "Sport"

What are you on about? Everybody who isn't an embarrassed-temporarily-broke-millionaire wants this

Gosh darn fuck I'm annoyed by how stupid your comment is.

Golf: 20 acres for 3 people

    Soccer: 50 meters for 10+

How do you live being this fucking ignorant?

  • VSCode is better than np++ in every way

  • Go on...

  • Your article literally proves my point

  • I suppose but the other side is OEMs abandoning still functional hardware

  • Literally my phone just now

  • Go on....

  • Not sure why everybody is upset that it's a separate app. Google has been doing this with Android for almost a decade now in order to bring new functionality without needing to update the entire operating system.

  • Just being pedantic regarding the AI models; they're only censored on the publicly hosted versions. Like any other model if you run it locally you're only restricted by the model's training

  • It's not very good at night

  • Canada @lemmy.ca

What is Pierre Polievre waiting for?

  • If you use Plex, Smart Collections are perfect for this.

  • Fucking this exactly. Far too much effort

  • Get a prepaid with an eSIM with AT&T/Rogers (or any of their MVNO's) for maximum compatibility; cheapest the better. You need an eSIM compatible phone. You can verify this through the carrier's site from your phone.

Only need the IMEI and Account number essentially

    Port the number to voip.ms

Do whatever you want with that number for like pennies a year.

VoIP.ms has an SMS app for android that I know of

  • A way around that is to port a prepaid number to a voip service. I've kept old numbers that way when moving
