  • A Politico news article on here??

Guys u are aware that Politico is owned by axel springer, the publisher of the reactionary German outlet "BILD"?

  • On the 28th of July 2024 presidential elections were held in Venezuela. It was Nicholas Maduro (PSUV) against Edmundo González (independent/PUD).Maduro ran for a third consecutive term. Maduro won the election by 51 %.

There were also other opposition candidates but some of those were banned, likely because they worked for the US.

In 2023 Venezuela banned opposition candidate, we all know her, we all hate her: María Corina Machado.

Machado was banned from holding public office for 15 years, she was linked to the crimes of another opposition figure, Juan Gerardo Antonio Guaidó and because she supported international sanctions against Venezuela. Imagine working in the government of a country , you are actively wishing sanctions on. She was still allowed to participate in opposition primaries. Another opposition candidate, Henrique Capriles was given a similar sentence as to Machado’s.

There were lots of “protests,” claims that the elections were illegitimate, international news takes which were biased, gusano takes etc. In 2025 regional elections were held. The opposition boycotted the elections; thus, the voter turnout was smaller. Maduro still won though.

Apologies if this summary was badly written, and that I used Wikipedia (it was just for the most basic stuff) . If anyone wants to add something or correct me feel free to do so.

  • U mean from last year in Venezuela?

MEGA-POST/THREAD ON THE CURRENT SITUATION REGARDING VENEZUELA #AllEyesOnVenezuela

  • I am glad that some dutchies have the guts to stand up for Venezuela

  • I mean the main issues with most western-Europeans academics, like Varoufakis is, is that they tend to monopolize the discourse and vocabulary in order to drive a profit for themselves. He will never actually achieve any change, he will just make the conversation around it more exclusive .

  • thank you! So i guess its allowed to be used for a wiki?

  • Do you have the interviews recorded somehow, I think it would be great actually to use them for the wiki

  • I mean didnt Lenin have like a whole debate over this? Like everyone in the USSR could go to university I believe and education should be free... Anyways maybe check with some historical data about this

  • I did want to write something on the ACP for ProleWiki (though I think team work would be better on this), I also considered to write something about non-US parties, and groups for the wiki. Though I still need to sign up, and maybe create an organized call for those wiki texts.

  • Thank you so much for this

  • Apparently somebody found this on the ACP-discord yesterday (not sure if its somebody infiltrating the ACP).

  • Do you mean Haz?

  • I do think that the CIA (and any other secret service orgs in other countries) operates on multiple layers of the web.

Its also very common knowledge at least for the German secret service, that secret services are currently recruiting people who are skilled in IT, and hacking. They also train them. Also Data, is such a rewarding business for many. So never think you are alone on the world-wide-web (not to cause hysteria)..

  • Still we should be informed about them, especially since they also use other platforms (tiktok) to spread their propaganda and even show low-key trump support. If their shit is on tiktok it can influence many kids and young people and that is the problem.

And I do really hope that some people will find their way out of the ACP

  • The issue is that there is evidence that this was a deliberate planned brigade. I have created a new post that documented all the of the evidence, but I will attach the picture here too. The chairman of the ACP was calling for a brigade of other leftists subs on reddit. He is the Op of the post found in the picture.

  • I do think some of them might have infiltrated Lemmygrad, Im not sure how to message the admins though.

  • Well there are many parties in Europe (also outside of Germany) who name their party after themselves. Belgium and Ireland also has parties named after the main person. Also The BSW was also joked about because of that, though there are talks that the name of the party will change as Sahra Wagenknecht will become more so a board member than a party leading figure

  • I hate the editing on this platform
