  • From what I've learned several factors played a part in this.

    1. Contracts, the sinclair can only say no to disney so many times before disney can cut sinclair off things like NFL games, and other contents that sinclair wants access to
    2. Advertisers were pissed
    3. Lots of complaints from viewers.
