Local news is covering it extensively. Audio is not shared on news due to swearing. Kristi Noem has called the victim a terrorist. Another article states the victim was given conflicting orders.
There are a few northern Germanic languages that are deceptive to English readers. They almost read correctly in English, if one assumes the speaker is drunk. Sadly, they can also give the wrong impression. The spoken version tends to be harder to handle in this way.
Clearly, there must be a name for languages that share this sort of property.
Like you, I only replace when there is a major problem. When there are repairs I can do myself, I do them to extend the life of the phone. My previous phone had corrupted internal memory or storage, and that was that.

Local news covered it in MN. Multiple of the identified day cares were inspected this year. A few haven't had licenses are not known to be operating. (All daycares are inspected annually.) No one knows what the fuck the YouTuber is on about, and they did not share any methodology. (I.E. Could have filmed over a weekend. No one knows.)
Edit: Daycares are now being broken into and records of children stolen.
