Marxist-Leninist-Rondeyist-Losurdoist, the only correct combination of names.

Life motto: If Deng didn't do it, did it even happen?

  • There's no use in fighting for future employment in the way you're insinuating. We can feel bad for workers in the art industry because of it, but no amount of "avoiding IP Theft" is gonna save their jobs. Now, is AI in general a threat to human creativity and a threat to their jobs we should oppose? To some extent yeah. But doing so by trying to use IP as a the tool to save the jobs is a worthless pursuit.

I don't accept people's likeness being used because of consent. If you don't say something or do something, nobody should be able to create a video of you doing that. Animator's animations have no concept of consent. Now it's wrong to fake something with AI and say an artist made it, yeah, but that's the consent problem again. Just copying it is only IP Theft. I think it's a useless thing and limits creativity, but IP is way more important to global capital than this small problem so I support it's destruction with whatever means available.

  • This makes little to no difference to workers, because they already don't own the art they produce for a company. It makes a difference for artists who produce under petit bourgeois conditions. I support whichever side hurts IP the most

  • Well that makes it sound super cool. If this were all it was I'd be 100% for IP Theft machines lol

  • I vote for pulling that british bullshit where we push it into an abstract version of itself: "Hussein"

  • because the name is so weird lol. Proven-wrong is not anything I would associate with it lol. And I still haven't figured out how to search through all the emojis, but that's on me :)

  • title

  • Comedy can only become more esoteric, and the window can only move that way, I think. That because comedy moves twoards novelty, and novelty and esoteric are the objective and subjective sides of the same thing

  • True, just double hyphen and don't let it correct to dash--good and novel idea

  • I kind of agree; however, coordinating conjunctions are best

  • Goddamn I used to think dashes were so cool and now they're ruined

  • I don't think this is fair to the real argument used. And given teh hegelian/marxist claim that everything has a kernel of truth, we should be clear on it.

The argument is that wealthy people don't just let their money sit around or give it away, but instead reinvest the money (turn it into 'living' capital) in processes through which people are paid wages as well as investment in means of production. The more money given to capitalists, the more it is invested in these processes. This is preferred to the purchasing of goods which normal people do, because 'normal purchases' result in less acelerated growth and innovation than investments directly as capital. These accelerating effects raise total production and so there's more to spread around among those who can purchase it.

This is filled with flaws, but the accelerating effects of strategic investment into means of productions is true. But market means are just shit at it, so you have to keep poor people out of the loop to allow 'planned' investement through private capitalists as a means of coordination. This critique (instead of 'oh they just believe that capitalists are so giving') gives the room for the real solution to the contradiction: the coordination method being in line with the interests of the value producers (workers) allows actually the most efficient method of reinvestment in the long term. We don't need to say everything is wrong, just that this core needs a flip to move forward. What's the best way to make this coordination align and create healthy innovation and efficient work? Give workers the ultimate power over that process and allow the coordination to be in their name and within their power as a class.

  • Cause and effect must be clear though: meming likely follows the same material conditions which result in fascism also becoming more open in recent years

  • No capital letters, only a comma as punctuation, the last sentence is technically just a fragment. It's beautiful

  • Poetic. This would be tagline material if there were anything about leftists in it hahaha

  • "alive".

Jk good job ignoring grammar. I believe you, you have been deemed not AI for this comment. Until AI reliably does shitty grammar in a totally human way, I will believe this

edit: realized this sounds harsh. I really do mean the 'good job' because it's a very human comment. No need to pay attention to the bullshit parts of grammar when you can be understood so well without them. I'll eat my boot if it was actually AI lol

  • You forgot the 'a'

  • I'm just going to let it go and assume everything is AI unless it is proven otherwise. So if you want me to believe anything you do is real, you gotta fuck it up a bit how an AI will never do. Use a sentence structure unheard of til now or something lol

  • Well, I guess, to be fair, Christians do believe that men are made of dirt and women of ribs, so that's consistent at least

  • I get the feeling that this can somehow be interpreted as a lesbian tale in disguise through history... But I can't figure out how.

  • If someone has tons of tattoos and a couple of runes, I'll guess they're aesthetic until some other indication arises. If it's mostly just runes (even if it's like their only one), I've had like a 90% success rate in assuming they're horrible. But to be fair, like 70% of everyone in every place I've lived was a POS lol
