I found the Irithyll Straight Sword to be perfect for me on DS3, to the point that it's difficult to stick with other weapons that aren't my Goldilocks for attack speed, physical range, damage scaling, stamina usage, blocking strength and elemental damage.
Don't forget that OMEMO on XMPP has no backward decryption - all messages are lost with every new client. Massive dealbreaker for me, as I value message history between those I love.

Others have noted that XMPP servers hold user contacts (and maybe other parts) wholly unencrypted, and if the server isn't yours, that's a trust risk.

Maybe they're competing with the old Mac desktops, the cheesegraters before they were made completely proprietary. Now, I've always dissed Apple consumers for buying a phone that's 50% more expensive and 20% less powerful or feature-filled than the competition, but once I learned the going price of Mac desktops are 300% more expensive than the most capable custom, my mind was blown.
And yet Apple's success and following is proof that Framework's desktop might follow suit.

Recently, when reverse image searching, Google feeds me a shitton of Reddit, Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest. The first three either refuse to let you see the image or refuse to let you download it, and the fourth is a wasteful link to a link that usually doesn't exist. I shall block those with my AGH and see how it performs lol
