What queer-friendly country would be willing to take in an impoverished disabled person with PTSD?

1·2 months ago“Rotten Tomatoes” is a proper noun referring to a single subject. Even though Tomatoes is pluralized, the subject is still a singular website rather than multiple.
They are real animals and it would have taken you a quick five second search to confirm such.
Goodness, there’s a lot of hardcore denial in your edit. I suffer from a similar level of “society/people expect utter perfection of myself” so I understand why your instinct is to deny the possibility of having a disability.
If your ex-wife found herself in a situation where she had to go without her meds she’d certainly struggle a lot harder than with her meds. How is that any less a disability than a PTSD victim needing antidepressants to quell their unending anxieties, or someone hard of hearing needing electronic hearing aids in order to hear better?
ADHD is objectively a disability. Medicine to make it easier to deal with doesn’t make the disability stop existing. Hell, there’s a number of people for whom stimulants don’t work, or who need unreasonably high doses in order for it to work. The existence of medicine doesn’t make their disability less disabling.
It’s a lovely way to unwind after a long day. Soaking in water takes weight off your joints and bones, the heat feels nice, and I’ll usually put a show on my phone to unwind with an episode before I wash up.

5·3 months agoAt the moment, bugger all. Currently in therapy for my PTSD and apparently my chronic “life is infuriatingly boring and nothing is worth doing”-ness is not normal and a side effect of having dealt with as much trauma as I have. Dunno where to go from here, really.

50·3 months agoDon’t excuse fascist sympathizers for supporting fascists. We’ve had PLENTY of fucking time for people to realize how shitty a decrepit entity of greed Trump is, there is no reason for any kind hearted human being to vote for him outside of being so grossly misinformed on what reality is that they legitimately can not know any better.

The Exorcist works for me even in spite of my atheism. Ignoring the actual exorcism in it, the film is about a mother whose daughter is unwell, whose condition is truly mysterious, cannot be cured by conventional means, and is destroying the lives of both the mother and the daughter. Knowing your child is ill and not knowing how or if they’ll be cured is a form of horror that resonates with many and I feel so strongly sympathetic for the characters in the film.
