You need IDs to vote in the US as well. Most people register to vote when they get their ID, and for most people, that is your Driver’s License or State ID card. Those already have your information.
The issues here are they are tightening the ID requirements. Most people in the US dont have passports. In addition, the changes they are making require you to have the passport match your birth certificate. If you get married and take your spouse’s last name, and have that on your passport, you now do not have a valid voter ID.
This is an easy way to wipe off quite a lot of women, minorities, and poor people from the voting rolls.

Thats fair. I wouldnt expect it to be plated like a chef at all, I cook a fuck ton and im fairly decent at cooking and I cant plate anything in a presentable way to save my life

For someone whos about to be sent to die and has been eating even worse shit for the last x number of months, its probably a nice change.
If thats what they consider a good meal before you go off to die then I hate to think what their regular meals look or taste like… this looks like they’ve never seen a single piece of seasoning, spices, herbs, or even salt or pepper. Steak is probably rubber too

This will totally get those people to vote for the other milque toast white racist that the dems put up as a candidate without any sort of election and just expect everyone to vote for because “at least theyre not trump” without actually having any policy that differs from republicans in any sort of meaningful way.
It is thr joh of the democratic party to resist this. If they cant even get their own people to resist, it is either incompetence or it is willful and purposeful.
In either case, they are failures and should not be voted for until they actually fight for the people

61·5 months agoNo it generally makes sense to teach kids to not cite Wikipedia. Though it is consistently checked and updated you can look at the wiki link and drama for the Israeli genocide just to see a perfect example of why it shouldn’t be cited.
The great part of wikipedia is going to their actual resources ans reading and understanding those. What you were supposed to learn was HOW to research things and come to your own conclusions, not just how to cite information.
Ok to your second sentence, but it is proven over and over again that health care for women is at a much lower standard than for men. Less funding, less research, less care. Those are objective facts. Calling that out is not creating a gender war its identifying a drastic gap that has been written about in countless medical journals for decades.
They are definitely going to either remove the Endangered Species Act entirely or just slowly keep dropping species from the list as and when it becomes convenient honestly
