  • I didn't know Free Software Day was a thing, but I'm glad it is! I recently started using Krita for digital art, and it's been amazing. There is so much cool software that I use almost daily, it'd be hard to make a list, and I'm so grateful for all the people who keep these projects alive and who use their limited time and money to provide an alternative to big tech <3

  • That's a huge issue, yes. Even if you find a cage that you can keep clean without taking it off (which still wouldn't be enough for me because I'd want to deep-clean it regularly), shaving while wearing a cage is impossible. And I hate having long pubic hair >:c

  • In my experience, they really aren't. Sure, you need one that's the right size, that's a given. Random strong erection might be uncomfortable at first, but as you get used to the cage, they don't really happen that much any more. And the only real discomfort I ever feel is when I try to ride a bicycle while wearing one because the way you sit on a bike is incompatible with the base ring. But again, as long as it's properly sized and you're used to wearing it, a cage is usually only uncomfy due to external influences.

  • If hygiene wasn't such a big issue, that'd be pretty hot tbh. Well, riding bicycles can also be an issue. But if it didn't physically get in the way of other stuff I like to do and was easier to keep clean, I'd be up for a permanent lock-up <3 (maybe with the addition that, should I get sick of it after a year+, I'm allowed to break out)
