Yes! I get this if I stay up too late doomscrolling. But by the time it happens, it’s too late to do anything about it. It also makes me vaguely…nauseous? I’m not sure if that’s the correct word, but it makes something in me physically uneasy as well.

Which will no longer be feasible as more and more people are priced out of city living.

There’s XLOOKUP, which isn’t nearly as volatile as INDEX/MATCH. And also more versatile than vlookup.

For me, it works but only for a limited amount of time. After a while, it just becomes part of the decor and I completely ignore it.
