  • So her horse cookies are just treats from a bag I got at tractor supply. I think they have oats, mollasas, apple, and some other stuff. They taste like nothing to me (yes I tried one out of curiosity lol)

    Sandy has gone from 775 to 820 in 2 months! That doesn't seem like much, esp for a horse, but it's a big deal for her. She was stuck at 775 for ages. I think starting her on an additional caloric supplement was a great call.

    She's honestly doing so much better than I expected her to be. I'm so happy with how thick her winter coat is and the weight gain. I'm hoping that I can maintain this weight for the winter. I wanted her to be like 850 going into winter, but I knew that wasn't gonna happen lol.
