Cat flap in a door solves this, but you do need a vented room to keep their litter box that's not a garage because those usually need a fire rated door.
Tabs that haven't been opened recently should be dumped from RAM anyway. In that case there's very little difference between a tab and a bookmark. You could use tabs as bookmarks by duplicating one, or you could use an addon to have live bookmark previews and use bookmarks as tabs.

It's a way of organizing, learning and preparing you for the day ahead. It would be useful if it's about life or death stuff. For me I stress too much about small stuff until that's all I see, so sometimes we need to watch some gore and car crash videos to gain perspective.
