  • I hate the fact that you act like these are original images when they are just reposts. Like it's fine, basically everything people posts here are funny things we found somewhere. But like… be honest about it. This is just really bad :/ @Mickey7@lemmy.world

  • Well, duh, no one wanted to watch it in fucking Qatar.

  • Nil if this happened to me and the dog was sitting there and looking like that, I would 100% make a photo of that before getting out

  • Basically every time I see a comment from you I think "Holy shit they're so based"

  • :(

  • The reason for that is exactly what you would imagine people used it for.

That does not make absolutely any sense at all. Why would they care about what people in private use controllers for? Why would they care enough to actively program something preventing that?

  • Collateral murder, just that it's not leaked but openly posted and there is basically no outcry

  • Paul has argued the US cannot simply kill people suspected of wrongdoing without due process

The fact that this is a real sentence in a real news article is honestly beyond insane.

  • Ist diese linke Politik gerade mit uns im Raum?

  • Nah, thanks, we'll pass. We're proud of our regulation and consumer practices and constantly look down onto the US for the bullshit they do

  • Why do they even attempt or try something like that if they don't follow through with it and nothing happens anyway. This isn't even the first time they have attempted it, and last time it didn't work either, so… what are they thinking when trying this?

  • It's so cringe how this attempts to make fun of a valid standpoint / problem

  • 👀

  • So what happened with that? Did things change in hindsight?

  • Funny, in a German book on how to cut costs as a student and have nice little-known tricks, this was also written as a practical thing (although they wrapped it in something water-proof).

  • And six months into the new body’s reign, a dozen City Hall observers tell WW that Portland’s agenda and discourse is largely being driven by a cohesive bloc of leftists on the council—and at its heart are the socialists.

It's interesting to see that this actually works like that. On a national level, the Republicans want to change much and disrupt the system (replacing democracy with fascism). And the Democrats that just want to keep the status quo have little to stop them from that. But it's good to see that also leftists that have a clear vision and want to change the system can dominate over centrist Democrats that just do nothing.

  • I hope so much that this is ragebait. Because this is just obviously such bullshit. The "correct" answer is just straight up wrong; it definitely is possible. If the kid was older, it might have to calculate how much bigger it is.
