  • I have looked around for different clothing brands and I remember that some of them have chinos that are supposed to be made for cycling. One brand I could find now is Sanvt that has a model called cycling chino. I have never had any clothes from Sanvt so I have no idea if they are better than other chinos.

  • I have Nudie jeans and they are really nice. I think they fit the high quality request.

    Nudie jeans is a Swedish brand and some models are "made in Italy" and some are "made in Tunisia", they have a detailed transparency for each model. Several parts of the jeans are made in Türkiye, also for the jeans that are labeled "made in Italy".

  • Sooner or later they need to know where the countries are going to spend their money, otherwise they can't build new factories or expand existing factories.

    It can take several years from when a company decide to build a new factory until it is allowed to start the construction. Then the construction and installation of machines takes a couple of years. And then the company can finally start to produce and sell the weapons.

  • The second round of the presidential election in Portugal is between the the moderate socialist António José Seguro and the far-right André Ventura. Ventura represent the Chega party which got 22.8% last year in the general election.

  • Good point, and the guess of the income is very qualified since the app is used which means it is directly linked to you.

    And I assume the same method can be used for the fuel stations which answers my question (in my other comment) about that.

  • Yeah, that would explain the groceries, but what about fuel? The fuel stations can adjust the price so it becomes more expensive in the morning when you are on your way to work or at holidays. But that would change the price for everyone.

  • Companies gather data from many routine digital touchpoints: web and app tracking (cookies, pixels, and device fingerprinting), geolocation from phones and browsers, and in-store sensors.

    I understand that collecting data from the browser and apps can change the price for items we typically order online. But the article mention groceries and fuel, aren't those items typically bought in a store? How does my browsing have any impact on what I pay for a piece of bread?

  • Deleting accounts I don't use will be the next step. So far I prefer to have Google and Microsoft accounts and not use them compared with deleting them.

  • After reading other comments and thinking for a bit, I realized that I have made more switches.

    Google Translate -> Deepl

    Google -> DuckDuckGo -> Qwant

    Youtube -> Invidious

    And I have never used Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Reddit much.

  • I hope that they get the factory in Boliden to work, the news lately has been that Stegra are looking for more money from investors. It would be sad if both Northvolt and Stegra fails, we need new companies.

  • It is a huge job to replace the engine of a fighter jet, they will not use another engine until they replace Gripen with the next generation.

  • Draken has not been used in 20 years by the military.

  • I have not deleted so many apps and accounts, but I have stopped using them or reduced the usage.

    Windows 10 -> Linux but Windows 10 is still installed on another disk so technically it is dual boot even if I have not used Windows for months.

    Office -> Libre office

    Gmail and Hotmail -> Protonmail and Posteo

    Google maps -> Here maps and Comaps

    Onenote -> Notesnook

  • I liked the first Outer Worlds but didn't even look towards Outer Worlds 2 because it was other better or more interesting games that was released last year.

    It feels like it was to much to release Avowed, Outer Worlds 2 and Grounded 2 in the same year. They should have spread out the games more to polish them more before the release.

  • Thanks! Was just reading about the Norwegians in the news so I don't know about everything, but I think the voting was determined before the release of the Epstein documents and the trial of Marius. It was some parties on the far left who wanted to have the voting and they knew that they would not be close to a majority.

    I'm from Sweden and people here like our king and also Victoria so I'm sure they will also handle a lot before there are any serious discussions about going for a president instead of a king.

  • Thanks, I didn't know it increased that rapidly. However, I still think some people was buying gold after they saw that it increased a lot and they could have lost money.

  • Seems like the prices are increasing again so it was a good call to buy more.

  • Really nice list. One can spend many hours on these games.
