  • […] what kind of referencing software are you using for writing this kind of comment? […]

None 😄 It's all done manually by me, atm. I'm sort of trying to iteratively develop my own referencing style/standard. More to your comment, though, I am considering writing a script to help me generate the references for things, as it can be a bit tedious for me at the moment to try and scrape the data when citing sources.

  • Would maybe a FreeCAD assembly [3] be what you're looking for? Here is an example tutorial on making an assembly [1]. You can also animate an assembly [2][3.1].

  • Are you okay with a self-hosted solution? If so, you could, for example, self-host FreshRSS [1], and then use it to scrape a feed using XPath [2]. I can elaborate further on the method if you are interested.

I think I'm just going to go with CERN-OHL-S [1]. I have yet to find anything better, and @ganymede@lemmy.ml raised some good points regarding it [2], imo.

imo i wouldn’t overlook CERN too much due to apparent obscurity. that’s CERN as in WWW & LHC.

plus it’s specifically designed for hw, unlike most of the others which are more likely to lean sw centric? […]

I think these are fair points!

The MIT License allows this as well [1].

IMO, you can define it, or any word, however you want; all that matters is that the definitions are agreed upon between the parties engaging in conversation.

  • Enlightening /s 😜

  • I am so confused.

  • Feelin the Bern?

    What are you referring to?

  • Who's the bottom left of the eastern side?

  • […] Might be an older issue?

For reference, the source that I cited was a report from last month [1]. Also, I personally verified that, in Hollow Knight, controller rumble worked with Proton enabled, and didn't work with it disabled.

      No rumble on native version

  • I never had an issue on hollow knight. Both on PC Linux and steamdeck. […]

I'm not sure what the exact replication bounds are for the bug; maybe your configuration simply doesn't experience the issue? Or perhaps you inadvertently configured Steam to force proton somewhere?

  • Despite that, the game has been extremely stable for me so far. I currently have about 8 hours of playtime, and this controller thing has been pretty much the only bug/issue that I've encountered.

  • Thanks […] Thanks for quality reply.

    You're welcome 😊

  • I modified the post's title to try to account for comments like yours 😜:

PSA: If [you are experiencing no][your] controller rumble [isn't working] in Silksong, then try forcing Proton in the game's properties on Steam
