TLDR: Proton is a liberal company, donating to many liberal organizations.

The whole objective is to make people aware, make people discuss who they buy from and send that message overseas. The more discussions about this, the better.
Concentrating on one spot will only be slowing down the publicity campaign. Anyway, we will see that a few places will pop up with the largeest databases. If you think your system is the best, go for it!
Labels are not always sufficient. Labels for Country of Origin or Made in Europe (or China) can still mean that the profits go to USA, would for me also be a reason to look for alternatives.
A terrorist attack by Muslims leads to invading a country and genocide of innocent people with weapons provided by innocent citizens of the USA. The world leaders want us to believe that this is called freedom-fighting, it’s not racism. On the other hand, I am accused of racism because I notice: a racist Florida Jew is performing a terrorist hate crime against two Israeli (at least one of them being a racist), in a country/state where guns are freely available, both involved countries and the state where it happened are governed by elected racists.
I’m currently openly sharing my hatred against Fascist Americans, Genocidal Israeli, Murderous Palestinians and Killer Russians without any problem. If you feel addressed you were probably in one of these groups and you were my target.

Using Kopia, backups are made multiple times per day to Google drive. Only changes are transferred.
Configurations are backed up once per week and manually, stored 4 weeks. Websites and NextCloud data is backed up every hour and stored for a year (although I’m doing this only 7 months now).
Kopia is magic, recommended!
Almost all compact cameras lack a viewfinder. They are competing with phone-photography, which they are losing.
The weak point of taking photos with mobile phones is the screen. In bright sunshine, you can not make good photos. So I would say: make a simple, small viewfinder camera with software- & sensor- technology similar to phones, with a slightly better lens. Keep it really cheap for almost throw-away price so everyone can afford it and a lot can be sold. It would have a small screen and a viewfinder so taking pictures in bright light is easier. It can cast a slideshow to TVs and computers (the small screen would work as a remote control, swipe for next). An accessory like HDMI to Wifi (Chromecast-like) stick can be sold.
It could be the modern interpretation of the iconic Kodak Instamatic.
What do you mean with “if they came back to the Camera market?”
Maybe I do not understand your question, Kodak is still selling cameras?
These trade wars are seldom short, they are easy to start but hard to stop. Look up Chicken Tax (started in 1960s)
As a (former) map contributor, I will -and I hope many others with me- report it as a mistake. Of course Google will not change it back, but it does not matter.
USA and it’s oligarchs have gone mad.
Surely in 2025 we will see Excire’s AI functionality in easy to use Open Source.
Considering that USA does not rule out using force, Greenland should tell them to close their military base on Greenland and send their loud mouths back to their own territory.
I used to have an old phone like that next to my PC keyboard to start macro’s: Macro Deck (open source code here).
I don’t know about Sony, I’m a Fujifilm user.
Some Fujifilm camera’s can connect wireless to computers with an app called pc-autosave. This will store the photos in a directory, then it is up to your solution to move them via FTP to wherever you want (most operating systems can use rsync that can sync to a server of your choice).
There’s a youtube movie about other wireless tethering options with Fujifilm here: https://youtu.be/4EGD2eJ8yv8?si=CoH3hdkMlwwKIWMF
Edit: PC-Autosave will not tether with my fujifilm camera, the photographer needs to choose a menu in the camera to upload photos to the pc.
Vertically mounted panels and parked outside in the street? It will not even start charging. Then they have the side panel open downwards, what a missed opportunity: rotate it the other direction and the solar cells can be optimally directed to the sun.
In this ‘report’ of people who were not in Amsterdam, a movie of Macabi fans beating up a Dutch citizen is used. Read what the movie-maker says about this (and you can verify, because on several platforms the author-name is in the top-right corner):
You can discuss it here, along with some more background info: https://lemmy.world/post/21782851
How do you recognize your migraine? And what do you take for it?
If I can’t avoid it or if I’m in a hurry, I will take Paracetamol 500mg. If there is no change within an hour, I’ll take Ibuprofen 600mg. But if I have time, I will get some rest (avoid bright light, close eyes and listen to podcasts).
The American half burned down, the French half made sure there was a safe landing. 😃
