I should add that both times I took a covid test when I was sick they came up negative

Is having a persistent cough a sign of long covid? I got “sick” like a month ago and have had a persistent cough for like 3 weeks. The sickness I got went away after like a day so I’m unsure if it was me being sick or because I got road rash. Anyways this cough sucks

I have some somwhst I’ll fitting boots, where the back of my foot slides up the boot as I’m walking . I keep getting blisters whenever I west them. Do I just have a bad size? My foot doesn’t fit in the size smaller I’ve tried, and I’ve also tried insoles but hst also hasn’t helped
