At least what's left of them. MTG doesn't deserve forgiveness but she deserves respect for admitting that she was wrong and walked back. It wasn't her idea to do any of this and I'm sure if things went differently she'd still be by his side but an ally is better than an enemy.

At this point it's tribalism. Anyone who still supports Trump and the Republicans will always support them. Being Republican is part of their identity, it's the identity they share with their family, friends and coworkers. It's the identity of their community. They're not going to walk away from all that just because one irresponsible ICE agent killed one guy in a democratic city. They can't, they'd be walking away from everything they've known. Like their football team, they'll cheer their team on no matter what because it's their team. Simple as that.

The AI models that are used for molecular research are literally remaking our understanding of biology and medicine. I don't know why the big AI corporations don't point to that as an example of the benefits of AI. I guess cause that doesn't help them to exclude the proletariat from their profits.
If everything were released Trump and his administration would call the release fake news and label the victims domestic terrorists for trying to destabilize the presidency. His MAGA base would drink it all up, parade images of the girls on Fox News and call the victims sluts and whores. Say they were asking for it. In the end nothing would change. Trump will still have his supporters, he could rape a baby on 5th Avenue, then shoot it in the head and still not lose votes.
