This ruling is from the ICJ International Court of justice with they are members off.
They represented themselves in the court, which would have been absurd if they didn’t recognize it in the first place.

This is of course from back in the day when he was the co-funder of the ultranationalist party National Russian Liberation Movement, that among other things wanted South Ossetia and Abkhazia be made independent from Georgia alá Donbas.

You can easily say the same thing. Use the image identification to get a name of the plant and google it to read about checking if the sessile is leafy or no.
