The resume shows experience and the cover letter shows personality. If the job has any kind of soft skills a cover letter is a bonus, if the job is super technical it’s probably not necessary. It also depends on the workplace.
If it is a job you actually want though I would recommend writing something. I’m on a smaller team and read all the resumes of applicants. I actually read them because I’m going to be the one contacting, interviewing, and working with them. I absolutely read the cover letters and give a small bonus to people who include them.

The license is for commercial purposes:
What you can do with your pictures and video is limited without it. You can’t even donate such pictures to a school or non-profit or something. Basically if someone could make money doing it, you can’t without a license.
The weight of the drone has nothing to do with selling the media.
You have to have a license to do that in the US. It’s not super hard to get but not as easy as just buying a drone.
I still don’t want it on my desk though.
4·29 days agoI would think it would matter to Trump, whose main concern is what is airing on television and his image.
It seems pretty clear to me. “Hey look, we put your wife’s nude pictures across the country. It would be a shame if we did this with some other photos we have…”
Oh look, the blackmail is starting already. Good job everyone who voted for a completely compromised candidate.
This is not an exaggeration. They literally don’t care about the world because “we’re all going to heaven anyway.” I have relatives that have said as much.
It seems really localized. My county had almost 80% of registered voters vote, which seems crazy high to me.
Only do this if you have the means to pay that mortgage yourself, imo.
You and your sister are taking all of the risk here. Your friends could lose their job or simply just move after a short time and then you are on the hook to find more tenets. I suppose you could just sell it if they move but you may lose money.
You would be a great friend to do that for them so that you could essentially lock them into a fixed rent for many years, but understand that it is not without risk.
