I know it's a stretch, but if that could be argued, then there may be a possible lawsuit to be brought to court about funding campaigns across state lines.
Killing things just so they're dead isn't a good way to live on this planet. There are plenty of reasons to control populations of different species, but only so we can continue living in the society that's been built.
If we had enough incentive to be a judge for a year, i think that there would be a lot of competent volunteers. I try to be an optimist, but it hardly works out.
