From the audio it almost sounds like the extruder is skipping like you may have a clog? What material is this? What temperatures, bed and hot end? Have you cleaned your bed recently?

Oh wow another overblown privilege escalation bug that REQUIRES pre-existing access to a machine in order to actually be used. If someone has enough access to my machines to execute this they already have likely pwned all the information they want without needing root at all…

windows also runs all linux apps even gui ones, and desktop envs with wsl2.
And any windows apps run through winboat, wine, or virtual box.
i did also run windows 11 on 10 year old cpu it works fine after rufus bypass.
Linux runs on everything even calculators no bypass needed.
windows runs all games even the anti cheat ones.
I mean this one there are many ways. Proton will run most games out of the box even anticheat ones(unless the developer specifically goes out of their way to block support like d2 and r6s). Since would brought up wsl as a positive for windows in the same vein we can also run any anti cheat games through a vm and we can use GPU passthrough to get full performance unlike wsl. Even the anti cheat ones.
who cares about arch wiki, windows has fixes in youtube and more visible places in internet like microsoft forum or gemini or whatever ai person uses(most use ai now)
There is more information about fixes for Linux than Windows full stop. Even on Gemini or whatever llm is popular

This looks like bed level being off, which is notorious for the v3, can you send a picture of your auto level screen?

As much as we All hate proprietary software, it’s an important step to getting people away from Windows and on Linux. Small wins but wins nonetheless. They will switch to FOSS one step at a time

I’ll have to give FreeCAD another go, last time(1 year ago 1.0 release week) it took me ages just to make a basic pegboard adapter, something Ive do in minutes on SolidEdge, Fusion and even Tinkercad

Yeah petg you have to add a sacrificial layer of generally hairspray or glue stick to make sure the petg doesn’t bond with the glass
I have several chips in my glass bed from petg
I usually now spray 3-5 layers of hairspray on my glass before printing petg

I usually manually install it with the tarball and I have auto updates turned off

You must be from a parallel universe where Google actually followed through with their “Don’t be evil” motto.
Here Google scrapes every last atom of data from all of its users.

Magic Earth looks cool, I’ll have to give it a try! I’ll prob stick with OsmAnd since it’s open source and I can help improve it and Osm over time

Organic maps is awesome! I wish it was faster, it’s currently too slow for car navigation(for me)! I’ve been using OsmAnd, the UI isn’t the greatest but it’s fast enough for car navigation and is prob the most useable osm based map apps available
KDE + Wayland, only changes I made were moving the bar to the left side, changing the applications menue icon, and changing the color of breeze dark to pink
