Honestly, I've just been trying to ignore it except for when it's useful for organizing and recruitment purposes, or during periodic reviews of my consumption habits to see if I can "do my part" better (which is easy when I don't have money to spend on consuming). But since the climate is fucked unless capitalism ends, that's where I put my mental energy, and the existential climate dread gets compartmentalized as much as possible.
