  • The good ones unfortunately are quite expensive these days e.g. Maotai, Wuliangye etc.

    I'd say good but still affordable would be Fenjiu and Luzhou Laojiao.

    My favourite is unfortunately the paint thinner they sell as Erguotou, I can't get enough of the sorghum fragrance but to the uninitiated it just tastes like burning. It is the cheapest one but you can also get more mellow aged versions depending on availability in your region.

  • If you really need to use Windows for any reason, burn the windows ISO to a USB stick using Rufus, which has toggles for disabling the account requirement and also has the TPM bypass option if you're on an older computer that win11 doesn't support.

    If the computer is really old and non-upgradeable though like a laptop, Linux is way better just because of how lightweight it can be.
