  • Exactly. It's actually >9x worse. Even says so in the article.

  • As someone who came through broken ribs thanks to a cycling crash a few years ago, anything is better than fucked up ribs. Literally anything

  • At this point, they can all fuck a duck. Rule whatever, the world's moving on from the United States, they just can't be trusted.

  • Next time around, I'll take a look at one.

I'm not really buying another car anytime soon, as I'm not one for the habit of frequent car buying. Especially in accordance to the whims of current events, which change by the hour in our current times.

  • I think we live in the same province.

I also used to drive by a haystack that had, "COVID is a hoax" spray painted on it, so I mean that's where we currently are..

  • Ok so, as someone who lives in a different country, should immediately incur what would probably be about a $30k loss because of this? Because of Internet outrage, for a purchase I made, during a time that it looked like Donald Trump was maybe going to jail, and when the CEO of a car company was at that point making public claims that Trump confused him and he didn't like him?

I mean yeah since, the guys a donkey. I'm not buying another one. They haven't seen a cent from me since all this went down.

But I'm also not incurring a loss like this, because of the trash United States. The US has been full of enslaving white trash since like what, 1776? What's really changed here?

  • I last bought paper in 2015, for realsies. But it's 8.5x11 for sure. US Letter. I don't think I've ever seen actual A4 except in print shops or specialty art shops. We had a drafting class in engineering school where the guy made us buy specifically A4 and A6, and I had to drive pretty much an hour each way into Toronto to find a store that had it.

  • It was over a billion in the 2023-2024 era, but I actually think they rolled a bunch of stuff back. It wasn't cash upfront, and when they shuttered CAMI, I think they forfeited their rights to a lot of the $500mm in funding that had been allocated for retooling and whatever else.

  • At this point GM can suck a fat dick too. Fucking traitors. Everyone pisses all over me as a Tesla owner. I mean yeah it sucks for sure, I wouldn't have bought it in 2023 if I knew what I knew now, but I'm not taking a gigantic loss because the Internets mad. Plus it's been the first reliable car I've had in several years. But that whole disclaimer aside, it kind of irritates me that I got old ladies flipping me off in traffic from GM vehicles, and it's like you are driving a traitormobile yourself there, Beatrice. We all are.

  • You'll be cleaning out my neighbourhood for sure. Anyone want to come be my neighbour after the purge? I mean I'm normal. Buddy who's my garage neighbor out back, he's normal too. Otherwise we are essentially surrounded by fucktards.

I mean jokes aside not everyone's a separatist obviously (like maybe 3 in 10 are), but that doesn't mean they don't endlessly whine and complain about, ahem

    "HhhhhhhoooooooottttttttttaaaaaaaaaWHHHAAAAAAA "

and on and on until you want to stick a fork in your eyeball. Most days I want to self purge myself.

  • So someone who owns a Tesla supports him automatically?

I mean if we are painting with this brush, are you also going after people who own Fords and GMs? Because they are kissing the ring pretty hard too...

  • I'm sorry this guy got bullied as a teenager, but what I'm really sorry about, is that he didn't get bullied enough.

I don't know what else the RCMP needs to see here. I would hope they are keeping tabs in the background, which I'm sure they are (unlike other unbecoming countries, we don't put our investigations on blast).

  • I have pretty much the same ram in mine, and I think I put 128gb worth of it in there for less than this (if that's priced in USD)

  • Says the guy who's wearing my mothers couch from the 80s as a jacket.

Buddy is all hat no cattle.

  • I think it's a pretty fluid situation. Carney is being optimistic and wants the appearance of playing along. But I'm pretty sure if this thing devolves into horseshit, you'll see Canada quietly back off. As is kind of our way.

  • Exactly this. I'm fucking fucking ready. Dirtbikes kept fuelled, cars are kept fuelled. In one little block alone, we've got bikes, sleds, side by sides. We've got a fella that's a master with radios across the street, my neighbour behind me has those GMRS radios you aren't really supposed to have, and is ready to wheel in his tonka truck off-road machines. Guns are available and ready throughout the neighbourhood. We have a retired cop who's a good organizer. Buddy down the street has one of those Aprilla sport bikes that he can ring out pretty hard.

Urban, suburban or especially in the woods, one little block alone is ready to show you all what the fucks up, and would be well equipped to pool hardware. Picture all the little blocks that would and could be ready to do this pretty quickly, with readily available hardware. I mean yeah we don't have a bunch of apache helocopters or nuclear weapons, but this ain't exactly the third world either. We just ideally need that coordination, or would need it in a time of crisis. I'm convinced lots of Canadians would step up, should the need arise.

  • So are executives.

  • I hope we don't burn it down, it's such a pretty building. It's already been damaged enough by the megalomaniac.

I'd be OK if we just turned it into a Spirit Halloween for a season or something.

  • I've yet to meet someone in Alberta that thinks it's a good idea. Even my UCP cuck neighbors draw the line at this. And they have Danielle's schlong just about coming out their assholes.
