No need to even be creepy. If this is a white dude, just have a black agent do the same. I bet he'll be so fucking freaked out that he'll call the cops right then.
I just get the cheap ones from any of the hardware stores. I had a nice one for work when it was a role that was for a local government and I had to meet with folks outdoors, but if it's just for dirty work then the cheap stuff will last for long enough. Most of my hats were ruined by mechanical intervention before they wore out.
Jesus tipping Mary, thank you! The hat was specifically to keep the sun off my face, out of my eyes, and the rain from running down my neck. As a fashion statement, I hate it. The 'rodeo' near me has so many dipshits rocking it because they think it makes them look the part, and meanwhile they're on the third topo chico and sweating in the indoor AC.
A kid is riding a dirt bike through the woods one day and gets garroted on an invisible glass wire dangling between two trees
In an interesting tangent, that's actually a thing in brazil. If I remember, there are laws in place that make it illegal to operate a motorcycle without a wire cutter on it.
What are Added Sugars and How are they Different from Total Sugars?
Total Sugars on the Nutrition Facts label includes sugars naturally present in many nutritious foods and beverages, such as sugar in milk and fruit as well as any added sugars that may be present in the product. No Daily Reference Value has been established for total sugars because no recommendation has been made for the total amount to eat in a day.
Added Sugars on the Nutrition Facts label include sugars that are added during the processing of foods (such as sucrose or dextrose), foods packaged as sweeteners (such as table sugar), sugars from syrups and honey, and sugars from concentrated fruit or vegetable juices. Diets high in calories from added sugars can make it difficult to meet daily recommended levels of important nutrients while staying within calorie limits.
Note: Having the word “includes” before Added Sugars on the label indicates that Added Sugars are included in the number of grams of Total Sugars in the product.
For example, a container of yogurt with added sweeteners, might list:
Total Sugars on Sample Label
This means that the product has 7 grams of Added Sugars and 8 grams of naturally occurring sugars – for a total of 15 grams of sugar.
As to what various carbohydrates do? That's a biochemistry semester, mate, but a quick look can be had here: https://rimgo.vern.cc/0EQF3.jpg
If I'm going to give you a short, two sentence summary? Most organic molecules in the body can be broken down to a two carbon molecule attached to a coenzyme that we call acetyl CoA, and that can be used to build most products in the body when combined with other substances like nitrogen and sulfur. Carbohydrates typically go down one of three paths, either 1.) broken down to pyruvate before entering the Kreb cycle, where we produce most of our energy, 2.) broken down to pyruvate and then switched over to acetyl CoA and used to build lipids (fats), typically as a triglyceride, or 3.) shunted through the pentose pathway and used for various purposes, including killing pathogens and building/modifying nucleic acids.
Eh, a lot of the time EMS will do the same thing on a corpse call. It's one of those 'dot your is and cross your ts' things. I'll give the JPdub EKG a pass.
today is only 'conservative' thanks to one very prolific poster. Some of us are sane. Block 'that' user (and all the alts, I guess) and the community he posts in.
I still get emails from AmeriCorps every now and then. It was a fun year of camping in a tent and maintaining trails and such in remote parks, and then another fun year of working in an impoverished school with families who needed help applying for aid. It is mind boggling that these idiots think the best way of saving money is cutting people from the workforce who make a stipend (not even a wage, so it can be fucked with in taxes even more) of something like $11,000 a year... and thus losing labor that makes a large impact down the road.
I think the best WoD game I've seen was a 2 player game on a forum. Both of them put a lot of effort into their characters, and the DM just built a beautiful setting out of detroit. The way the spirit reflected the physical, and how the npc interactions built the story was just so cool to read.
The real problem with WoD games? The setting books and DM intros are always so good at crafting that beautiful eerieness of the monsters in the shadows, while the average group handles everything by clunking around like toddlers on stilts.
My group tried three times, then it was back to standard 'kick-in-the-door' style games. Roleplaying isn't the easiest thing, and it sucks. I just want a good werewolf or hunter game with some nice politicking and investigation. I'm not even asking for anything crazy, like an introspective mage or changeling meditation session! /cries_in_desperate_desire
and WoD is World of Darkness, the 'master' setting that the various vampire, werewolf, changeling, mage, promethian, hunter, etc. games are set within.
