I have an outdoor job in the forest and spend maybe 30 min totals over the course at the day checking the phone for messages and writing a quick reply or two.
At home i spend time with the kids these days. Since they are too young for screentime i only look at my phone from time to time, lets say for an hour totals between me coming home and them going to bed.
After that? Screentime until i collapse of exhaustion, either gaming or watching Youtube. Most days something around 5 hours, some days more, some days less.
So around 6 1/2 hour a day. It's only that much because i sleep three to four hours and use the time i should be in bed to get in some me-time. Hardly a model that i will be able to keep going in the long term, but for now it works.
I am always exited when i read about extremophiles. Makes me somewhat positive that one day we may find live on another planet or moon. Maybe Europas sub surface ocean harbours something closeish to this.

Yep, team API migrants here too. I spend less time on Lemmy than i used to spent on Reddit and that is a good thing i guess. Plus, Lemmy group pressured me into giving Linux a shot. This is wishful thinking. This will brake NATO or they will just shrug and move on. Europe is still to reliant on the US as a protective force. Maybe this will help them see that the time in which the US cared for anybody but them self belong to the past. Right now to many EU countries are clinging to world order that died with Trump 2.
I used Linux Mint for a couple of months and now i want to try KDE so badly... But i am reluctant to leave Mint behind. Everything is working just fine and it feels wrong to abandon a perfectly fine system. Maybe i'll just install KDE on Mint and hope that dosn't break to much...
I only ever used one website for about 2 months. I looked at profiles and initiated contact most of the time. About 90 % of conversations happend with me writing the first messsge. Chatted for a bit longer with three or four people, but that fizzeled out and never went anywhere. Then wrote with a woman that had actually written me. Got a date in person after writing rather briefly.
