Wouldn't recommend Manjaro, if you install anything from the AUR, there's a good chance your system will just refuse to boot after an update someday (speaking from personal experince btw). I'd go with EndeavourOS instead, which is also arch based and makes the install super easy.
They chose .ml because it was free. They don't delete comments just because they don't agree with them. I don't get why some people feel the need to spread lies about the lemmy devs/lemmy.ml admins just for being in favour of communism.
My familie's smart TV has a thing called "Web App Tester", which let's you navigate the web interface as if it was an actual application, which works really well
Or just force all subscriptions to allow you to cancel with one click
