  • Unfortunately not

  • Gonna give those a try, thanks

  • Wait, you can actually get those gift cards from survey apps? Every time I tried them, it took so long to get those points that I just gave up.

  • There's a great website called geizhals.de which gives you a price comparison for a lot of different online stores for each product and there are almost always multiple stores that sell it cheaper than Amazon.

  • I've seen one today and one yesterday. It's basically a post saying "Here's this great software that does this and this. Download a cracked version here for free!"

  • It looks like it either didn't get ejected properly and something is corrupt or you're mounting it wrong. It's probably the first tho. BTRFS has very good commandline tools that can help you fix this.

  • It has a lot of differences to ext4 but it's still just a file system. You're not gonna notice any difference just normally using the drive (aside from copying being instant). I've never heard about it causing corruptions on different kinds of drives. I use it on 3 SSDs and one HDD and have no issues.

  • What do you mean by certain render options in Blender? Like HIP, CUDA, etc?

  • I just use BTRFS. There's an open source driver for Windows you can install.

  • I have a Valve Index and the Vision Pro seems like a downgrade in many ways, at least for gaming. It doesn't even have controllers, so almost all games won't even be possible to play.

  • I have it running on a Raspberry Pi 4 (with a lot of other stuff) and it works great. I'm only direct streaming tho, it's too slow for transcode I think.

  • In my Droid-ify app I have the same issue. They're already working to fix it tho.

  • I think you can get tiling on both KDE Plasma and GNOME. I know it exists for Plasma but not sure about GNOME.

  • Didn't expect the "privacy is only for criminals" take here

  • I have a Raspberry Pi 4 with LibreELEC and Moonlight as a plugin. Streaming from my PC on 1080p with 60 fps and 80 mbit/s works great.

  • Monero's POW algorithm is very different from most others tho because it brings in randomization, which makes it way more efficient to use a CPU instead of a GPU and distributes what miners mine, making powerful systems get less and slow systems get more.

  • I wish GNOME had DRM on Wayland, kinda annoying to always have to switch to Xorg for VR
