The plagiarism checker we use where I am, I basically use it to check citations. Like... if it's 70% "plagiarized" it usually means either a student used proper citations, or they copied the instructions Into their submitted document.
And to that end, I hate to be a "both parties" guy, but no other president or administration will roll back the insane changes and stuff that's been destroyed by this administration, either. It's all shit in place for them to monitor and control the populace better, so why would any of them ever willingly remove any of it?
