  • When I started, I had accounts on world, ml, and beehaw.

World seemed fine and a more general instance so stuck with it.

  • I have seen a lot of people complaining that it's difficult to join lemmy. Just a quick look through join lemmy and testing out a few accounts. It all does it easily.

  • And have you installed lineage on your new phone?

I usually go with Samsung phones as I am not a fan of pixel. However, I use a lot of banking apps and I am not sure if they block usage once they detect a jailbroken phone.

    Has that happened to you?

  • I was thinking of switching to Graphene but I then read your comment.

Would you be able to honestly tell me why you ditched Graphene?

  • Would you give it search capabilities a ten in this case?

  • Satya won't be happy about that.

  • That's exactly me as well. Tried it, looked at random people's cats and dogs. Not for me.

  • Biological clock. After doing it for months I know feel sleepy around 10am, hit the bed, and wake up around 5.30 everyday. I set an alarm at 6am just in case but I usually wake before it.

  • A dedicated button for the camera is something good that I use but I would love to see these two things:

    1. The button placed in an easy to reach area of the phone.
    2. The option to map different camera functions to it. Press for a photo, double press for video, hold for selfie, etc.
  • What is your budget and what's your usage like?

  • Phone is good and interesting. The price point though isn't.

Would love to see the phone drop down in price.

  • Honestly, I have always and will say it again.

If anyone is expecting privacy on a company issued computer, they are wrong.

  • I still think it requires developers to design a good looking dark theme.

The current force dark mode option in android does ruin a lot of apps.

  • Two things:

    1. The definition of "Harmful" can mean anything.
    2. This includes sideloaded apps.

  • Any reasons why?

  • What do these blobs contain?

Does the version run locally also censors output?

  • Honestly, I was going to say Tuta, but seeing how proton changed, I would now add the option of self hosting.

I am unsure how difficult or easy it is, but it's becoming a very viable option now.
