  • I’m so down for that, I look forward to future creative nonsense

  • You. I like you, sad detective man..

  • Didn’t John Oliver do a bit with Reddy at one point?

  • Modern Dino’s’ meat ground up and processed with bone, beak, and other ‘waste parts’ jammed into molds and baked?

  • I need to know the song..and the anime

  • They should’ve brought Neelix for that, obviously.

  • Isn’t it around 22% of all vets that end up committing suicide?

Treat a ton of soldiers as disposable, talk down to them, make a bunch of their new friends die over pointless nonsense, and then when they retire just forget they exist -> super stable, totally normal and healthy system

  • Well of course there’s graphic French, it’s written right there.

  • It was discussed (“joked about”) by officials shortly after proclaiming the gulf had a new name, so I’m not filing this under satire even if it’s a doctored image.

  • That phrase is largely used by assholes trying to make their rude commentary come off as honesty. I haven’t ever heard someone say that in good faith instead of trying to avoid angry backlash for something said.

Telling the truth, while sometimes harsh, is vital in a good communicative friendship where challenging our peers helps them to grow and leads to closer connections in the long term.

Considering the other person goes deeper than ‘does the truth hurt their feefees and should I lie about it’ but yes, there’s often a kind and unkind way to share hard information with someone.

TL;DR Context is huge for when to apply it, though largely honesty is the way to go and someone claiming they’re ‘telling it like it is’ is just a way to twist out of responsibility for their lack of tact or empathy

  • Oho boy, is there ever a story behind that.

  • Same way a snowball is a ‘ball of ice’ if you don’t bother to note the type of ice.

  • It’s wild to me that the allegations are about what happened after the bite, when in order for it to happen there must have been coercion and sexual/assault leading to it.

  • If we didn’t see the guy throw a sandwich they would have called it assault with a projectile weapon. Where did you hear there was rock(s) in it?

  • And worse allegations I read about roughly a year or so ago. I’m ignoring the calendar saying mar ‘26, that’s a lie.

  • Social media ‘influencer tradewives’ and the red pill circle are a huge reason both are going up in support, it kind of comes with less critical thinking, education, social and civil rights for women being taught, the works.

  • This is why enablers aren’t friend to mental health issues. That’s essentially all a yes-man chat bot is, what corporate wants all good little subordinates to be and why they think the overly friendly agreeable tone is supposed to be a good thing even though this isn’t the first person an ‘ai’ chat bot called home.

  • Instant visible progress, obstacles but not major ones (usually), engagement to move, a way to burn energy, distraction from something bothersome..

  • A hunting pup with no training that she left off leash went and killed neighbor chickens iirc. Then it was off to the gravel pit because training anything/anyone she’s in command of is too much work.
