  • Yes. This was established back in 2008

  • I cannot do the same mistakes that Pete Buttigieg's father did and accidentally make him a liberal.

A lot of those marxists were academics who likely spent more time writing papers and mingling with high society and being out of touch with both their families and the working class. As long as you stay grounded to people both in and out of your family, explain the discrepancies between approved capitalist framing, conditions, and history vs. reality, and encourage him to socialize with all facets of life, they will probably not end up like Mayo Pete

  • It depends. If the company simply redistributes its existing resources to employees more fairly or implement other policies that don’t have a ripple effect down the supply chain, the exploitation stays the same for poorer countries. If the company needs to extract more from the global poor to improve your conditions - e.g. reducing wages in some foreign call center so you can fewer hours - then it harms the global poor.

Short of concurrent revolutions happening right at this second or committing suicide, the only option left is to improve your working conditions no matter what. This is why solidarity is important. When organizing, you have to network with other orgs especially those with international presence or connections which may mean involving orgs that don’t have anything to do with your industry or even labor related. Unions have refused to work or ship weapons in other countries before. However there are also organizations that seek to improve their own workers and indifferent or actively prevent anything else from affecting their benefits

  • And even if it I didn’t help, it would be extremely funny making fascists die in silly ways, which is really the only thing that matters if you think about it

  • Hexbear is on there but they were too bored to harass us

You ever earnestly say you’re familiar something, but realizing you misinterpreted the topic and feel like others see you as a poser?

  • I'm interested in training communists, constructing at-cost housing, and doing a political takeover here. We would only need a few hundred people to have enough voters to take over the town, defund the police, and drive out the landlords.

Lol. Good luck. Dozens of fascists and libertarians have planned this and failed miserably, and they have the money and political connections (and most don’t even want to change the status quo). I can’t imagine a communist with only money being successful. People generally don’t want to live in the middle of nowhere just because the community aligns with with them no matter how romantic the idea may be, and people generally have no idea how to form and run a brand new community. It’s highly unlikely it’ll become American Chiapas and more likely to become the libertarian town where bears drove away its residents
