It's bating, but stopping right before the crescendo so that when you do finally get there it can feel explosive. So 20 years of build up blew up the ship.
At first, I only read the first part and the price was an increase and that someone got the idea to charge people that have already bought something when the price goes up. Wonder how long until some genius CEO wants to try it.
We had different experiences then. I've had some meals that I enjoyed quite a bit and still try to replicate. Can't go wrong with a good schnitzel, kraut, or pommes. I also had a dish with potatoes and bacon, i think was called bratkartoffeln that I would fly back tomorrow for.
