It’s a very nice, very depressing, document. More people should read it.

I’m gonna need a source on that.
I’m amazed by the amount of bullshit intellectual shortcuts they can fit in 30 seconds clips.
I love how he says he’s a small american business using the 3-2-1 loophole to import goods from China to Mexico and then the Us.
He then proceeds to rail against cheap China goods flooding the market.
Those people are really, really bad at connecting dots.
That’s a great picture.
According to the CBC, March was down 17% for Canadians, that’s 900 000 visits in one month alone.
Since spring break trips are booked ahead of time and harder to cancel last minute, I have a feeling it’s going to get worse during summer. A lot worse.

There’s actually a word for it:
It remains to be seen what the much bigger tarifs package is gonna cover:
_Tuesday’s tariffs are the first of two phases announced by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Saturday, said to total $30 billion in U.S. goods. A further round of tariffs on a wider list of American products, valued at $125 billion, is expected to come into effect 21 days later, following a public comment period.
This second list will be made available in the coming days, and will include passenger vehicles, trucks and buses, recreational vehicles and boats, steel and aluminum products, aerospace products, and more, according to the finance department. _
The methodology used to get that result is supposedly very questionable.
