  • You forgot about his other trick: I haven't heard about that or I haven't had time to read that.

  • Booking.com cancelled woman's $4K hotel reservation, then offered her same rooms for $17K

    Jump
  • in a major metro area during a major event.

Sounds like a very privileged thing to do still then?

  • Pretty convinced Trump was just pumped full of stimulants and is high af

  • You were probably downtown for a work event. The culture is in the neighborhoods

  • PTSD would not exist

I don't think you know what PTSD is then

  • 🤡

  • And here we have it folks, the reason we are where we are right now

  • If AI was something everyone wanted or needed, it wouldn’t be constantly shoved your face by every product

Counter point: Yes it absolutely would be. There would still be competition between models and products and a need for brand recognition. If you had a product with a feature someone "wanted or needed" you wouldn't advertise that??? AI aside this is just silly

  • It’s not even propaganda.

Have you seen the white house lately? Have you seen Fox News? There's other factors but if you're trying to claim the world doesn't have a propaganda problem you might have lost your mind. It's effective because people are pining for a part that never was

  • Dude is responsible for indoctrinating so many desperate kids that just needed any kind of direction. He is not discrediting conservative thinking. Is this author living under a rock?

  • Presumably you can sue the government then if he's "acting in an official capacitance". Not that I think that would go any better. I dunno I'm not a lawyer and laws don't mean shit anymore

  • Pretty confident you're wearing rose tinted glasses. They had very few ads in the beginning. you could get through multiple episodes without getting them but they definitely existed. Maybe you had an ad blocker? I literally can't find any evidence it was ever both and I was using it within the first few months of it's public release

  • I'm pretty sure it was never free and without ads. There were much fewer and even sometimes would have really quick "thanks for watching now get back to the show" ads but ad free has always been paid

  • You response to this news is to complain about having been down voted? I can't imagine why

  • There's quotes.

  • Yeah, I don't think people know what gaffe means. He can say something he believes and not mean to. That's still a gaffe

Edit: another valid definition was pointed out elsewhere. Guess it can or can't be based on which you pick

  • What model are you using? I've had such a radically different experience but I've only bothered with the latest models. The old ones weren't even worth trying with

  • How are you interpreting it that way. Did you miss a sentence or something in the quote?

  • Lmao yes, telling you to feel bad for non tech workers in the bay area makes me libertarian
