  • I went to Fedora in March of 2025. I never looked back. Definitely some frustration with video drivers and hardware issues (bad Samsung monitor), but nothing I haven't been able to work around.

    Most importantly, my computer runs great, my games run great, I have more control than ever, and I will never go back to Microslop. Their pivot to "AI EVERYTHING!!!" has been abhorrent, and I refuse to cooperate.

    None of this was necessary. All of this could have been avoided. Here we are anyway.

    When the dust settles, and AI dies, as it was always going to, NEVER LET THEM FORGET that they did this. Never let them forget that they shunned good sense and common decency and sound economics to chase the impossible on nothing more than an annoying, ugly, ungodly expensive and masturbatory dream. That they threw away EVERYTHING to chase something that never worked, was obviously never going to work, and that everyone hates.

    Never let them forget it. NEVER.
