  • Dann eben dokumentieren. Es kann schon so aussehen, aus hätte man den ganzen Tag nix gemacht, obwohl man ständig rumgerannt ist. Wenn man dann aber 22 erledigte Tickets vorweisen kann, sieht es ganz anders aus.

  • Da gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten: entweder lernen Nein zu sagen oder die durchgeführten Tätigkeiten genau dokumentieren. Die Leute motzen zwar, wenn man sie auffordert, erstmal ein Ticket zu schreiben, aber da müssen die durch. Und man kann den Chef auch mal sanft dran erinnern, dass Techsupport Leute nach wie vor sehr gesucht sind.
