  • Whole foods are generally better.

    But the level of processing doesnt define wether a food is healthy or not. Compare the nutritional info on pringles vs regular potato chips. Its almost exactly the same despite one being "ultra processed" and one being "Potatoes, salt, oil" Neither is a health food. Multivitamins and protein powder are ultraprocessed, pork belly isnt.

    Learning how to read nutrition labels is something too few people know how to do.

    This is the reality of it, if this behavior upsets you go vegan. Because the only difference between the one he picked and the ones he didnt is probably a few extra days before they were processed NOT for a celebrity chef.

    When I eat meat I know where it comes from, I'm not going vegan but you DO NOT WASTE ANIMAL PROTEIN in my house, partly cause of this and partly because its expensive as fuck.

  • Exactly They have to recieve, store, open, process and pay for the disposal of the items. Its nothing if 10 people do it, 10,000 people mailing back a box full of books becomes a logistical headache very quickly.

    I also want to be able to not be FORCED to drive one day in day out. I want a robust public transport network, a robust electric car network and a reasonable ownership proposal for limited ICE engines in enthusast cars.
