Fun anecdote, experiencing something similiar. Arabic speaking people keep texting me on whatsapp and at first I thought it was weird as spam but they keep talking to me like they know me, beginning to suspect my number is just like someone else’s.

It is a new calprotectine test involving filling the grooves of the stick you stick in the feces. It sucks if it is a really hard or watety stool. Also gives different results depending how good the grooves are filled and it is expected to be done at home…
