As of yet not luck, I feel like I've scoured everything I cam find online so it might be down to fixing it myself at this rate. It's essentially a runescape on the couch laptop though so we'll see when I get around to that
Ya already checked that, the gpu has a separate card that is for the HDMI port, and I have ensured its not set as default, and the card with the speakers is the default
Pretty sure my fast boot is off but I'll double check, also not dual booted.
Have already tried alsamixer and everything was unmuted and test tones still do not play. I assuming I'm SOL because it does seem to be an Asus issue but will double tap on the uefi fast boot, thanks
Same as you, but I only like being in when it's quiet lol, so now that mandatory 3 day RTO is a thing for my company am in the office less than before :)
