I think I'm starting to get a little bit tired with these frequent lingering shots. It's nice to have this once in a while to create a tense atmosphere, but when it's being used all the time it starts to feel more like budget saving measure.
Having that said, I liked how they portrayed Moegi in this episode. Looking at how she reacts to someone raising their voice or making a noise, you can tell that she's someone that has been abused in the past. No wonder she wants her parents dead if they made her into such a mess

The creators of this show take a lot of effort to turn the most unimportant fights into sakuga. IMO, the second part of the episode was far more interesting despite having much less jumping and explosions. I'm probably repeating myself, and I can't say I dislike nice animations, but I wish there was less focus on random fights with cannon fodder and more on the actual plot. I also hope that this Sprigan storyline won't just end with yet another rain of swords. It has a potential for more than that given that this demon lord is much more cunning than any other we've seen so far.
