  • That's a great set of questions. I can only answer from my own experience, as a straight male. One of my very good friends had surgery to invert his penis and form a vagina, and we further developed a relationship after that. She ended up not being the right kind of person for me, but I never complained much about the surgery, other than it being way too short for me. But that was in the 90s. I imagine it is way better now.
