Here are the sources I know about:
The biggest source of ebooks is Marxists.org, but it has somewhat crummy EPUBs and PDFs. The site is also awful to navigate.
I've had a good experience with Foreign Language Press, but they only publish PDFs, which isn't ideal.
Marxist-Lenilist Reading Hub currently has four collections of various works in EPUB and PDF format.
There's also Comrade's Library, which is supposed to emulate Standard Books, but for leftist books. It has a lot of potential IMO.
You can also download books from Wikisource, but not all books have been proofread or edited correctly.
