EDIT: The only thing the Colombian army has been prepped to do is fight indigenous people in the south, kill farmers tagged as FARC aiders, work alongside paramilitary fascist militias the kind you see in Ukraine, help the large cattle landlords in the north-west, and threaten Venezuela with war.
