Vermieter moechten oft ne Schufa Auskunft, oder nen Verdienstnachweis, oder beides. Also erwaehne Deine Situation beim Erstkontakt, damit die kapieren, dass du vermutlich nicht bei der Schufa registriert bist.

Private Vermieter sind oft flexibler als Wohnungsgesellschaften, aber manchmal auch deutlich unprofessioneller. Sei auf beides etwas vorbereitet.
