  • Sure, though in my world none of my networking needs exceed the capabilities provided by the current WiFi generation, thus it remains unchanged. Nor will I see any benefit from it unless I conduct a thorough review and replacement of all impacted devices in my world to also accommodate WiFi 7, which I will not be doing.

  • Will it make my ISP give me more internets to push through that WiFi? No? Then it isn't going to change my world, sadly.

  • It's more of a Blackadder thing for me. Him putting underpants on his head and putting pencils up his nostrils to pretend that he's gone mad.

  • He should be facing far more serious legal consequences, suffice to say. Rather than this piecemeal, "ooo, maybe we can get him on a technicality" bullshit. If a democracy is incapable of even protecting itself from such a hamfisted coup, how could it hope to protect itself from one orchestrated by a person who isn't pants on head stupid.

  • "But what if I become rich... I should vote against my best interests just in case."

In terms of unrealised gains, that's kind of a tricky one. They certainly do benefit massively from unrealised gains though, like anyone would on paper.

  • Amazon suddenly and officially operating an "adult entertainment" site would change quite a lot for them. How many funds and asset managers would have to drop Amazon stock because their asset allocation states that they can't invest in the production of pornography.

  • They would not. Best case scenario is that you can trick Google into thinking your device/OS is legit. It's of no benefit to them to in any way compromise the security of their highly sensitive payments app.

  • Regardless of anyone's opinion, it's not like it would be out of character for the US to decide that a middle eastern country needed a sudden influx of freedom because they didn't want to conform to the US's specific energy/economic policies.

  • A swing and a miss.

  • We're still not in a position for vehicles to be entrusted to someone who couldn't physically intercede to take over control of the car in an emergency.

  • Try being less of a prick in 2024. You can do it.

  • Is this per message, or...?

  • "Look how they massacred my boy..."

  • Would a private individual who accidentally gave out an address, to someone posing as an authority, be criminally charged?

  • :'(

  • "Erotica with Friends" may pigeonhole it a bit. It'll become every other "friend" making app full of dick pics.

Let's just call it Make Important Life Friends and leave it as an acronym.

  • Is it a loophole? Anything sent to the foreign target regardless of origin is a message they received and will be captured, surely.

If an American texts "it's terrierism time" to someone being tapped, how much of an expectation of privacy would there be.

  • Connect is pretty generic and used in a million other places. There is no spelling variation unused.

SocCenter is worse then Friendica to my ears.

Open Doors sounds like a suicide prevention group.

Maybe it needs an acronym of some sort instead...

  • You drink your cat shit straight, like god intended.

  • Because Now TV is a piece of shit.
